On December 9, 2006, the Prattville High School football team defeated the nationally recognized Hoover Buccaneers in the State 6A state championship game. The PHS Lions represent what is good in sports – hard work, dedication, courage, perseverance, character and teamwork.

As a result of their victory, our Lions will be the bearers of championship rings – lifelong treasures. The cost of the rings is high, but so was the sacrifice made by our young men to bring recognition to our school and community.

This is your chance to congratulate the Lions and make a genuine contribution to your team’s championship. Rings are being fitted this week and will be presented to the team at their official celebration on January 11, 2007 – less than a month away. Time is of the essence and we need your immediate help. Please consider donating this week to the PHS Championship Ring Fund.
