Outside Linebackers/Head Strength Coach Chuck Dunn is entering his fifth year at Prattville as the outside linebackers coach. Since Dunn's arrival, there have been two linebackers that have made the All-State team (Tim Rawlinson, C.J. Brown ), and two that have made 130 tackles in a season (Carl Hudson, C.J. Brown). There have been 5 players that have received scholarships:
Larry Ishman- Troy University Tim Rawlinson- Florida State University Isaac Smith- University of West Alabama Desmond Steele- Universtiy of West Alabama C.J. Brown- Samford University Since Dunn's arrival, his linebackers have played an integral part in many great defenses that have ranked in the top three in the state.
Before Dunn arrived at Prattville, he had a one year stint as the Sam LB coach at Troy University, while as a defensive graduate assistant. It was Troy's first year as a Division I team. Before arriving at Troy, he was the defensive back coach at Charles Henderson High School in Troy, AL.
Dunn was born in Troy, AL. He graduated from Pike Liberal Arts High School. He was a three sport letterman as a high school athlete. He was named to the All-County and All-Metro teams in football and basketball. Dunn graduated from Troy University in 1997. During his time at Troy, he served as a student assistant with football. He earned Physical Education and Social Work degrees from Troy University in 1997.
He is married to the former Wini Morgan of Montgomery. They have no children.
